Register Online Today.

We are all facing challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You may have experienced issues such as:

  • Employment or financial hardships
  • Social isolation
  • Health risks or exposure
  • Increased anxiety or depression
  • Increased substance use

We are offering no-cost virtual support groups to provide professional care for those in our communities who may be struggling. Sharing experiences is extremely helpful in reducing anxiety and stress, and can help you learn to cope with these new challenges.

Support Group Information

Each hour-long group session focuses on one of three areas:

  • Substance Use: A support group with a focus on the impact of COVID-19 on members’ sobriety and substance use habits.
  • Healthcare Workers Support: A support group for healthcare workers to find shared experiences and discuss the impact of COVID-19 on their personal and professional lives.
  • Coping with COVID : A support group for individuals who are struggling to manage the impact of COVID-19 on their personal or professional lives.
